Patient and visitor screening update

As of June 7, 2021, screening for COVID-19 symptoms, isolation or quarantine will take place in the area where you receive care.

Patients and visitors will be asked if they:

1. are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms
2. have been told to isolate due to a diagnosis of COVID-19 within the last 10 days
3. have been told to quarantine due to a high-risk exposure.

As a reminder, masks are still required upon entry at any Welia Health campus.
