Welia Health updates phone options

To improve our patient’s experience, a calling tree will be added to the main hospital phone number (320.679.1212 or 1.800.245.5671). This new process is similar to what is already in place when calling any of our clinics. Instead of an operator transferring the caller to a clinic extension to schedule appointments or to speak to a nurse, the caller will simply need to press 1 to reach those services or stay on the line to speak to the operator.

The new process will be live on Wednesday, May 26 at 7am.
